The service
Total Recall is operated by Total Recall. The service helps businesses respond to inbound customer service requests by phone and SMS. By submitting a service inquiry, you ask the business to follow up about that request.
SMS program: Total Recall
If you provide a mobile number and affirmatively check the SMS consent checkbox on our service request form, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Total Recall at the phone number you provided.
SMS consent is optional, the checkbox is not pre-selected, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of submitting a service request.
Messages may include service inquiry follow-up, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, missed-call follow-up, and related service communications.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
