Total Recall is operated by Total Recall. The service helps businesses respond to inbound customer service requests by phone and SMS. By submitting a service inquiry, you ask the business to follow up about that request.
SMS program: Total Recall
By submitting a service inquiry and providing a mobile number with the consent disclosure, you agree to receive service-related calls and text messages from Total Recall.
Messages may include inquiry follow-up, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and related service communications. If an initial call is missed, a text message follow-up may be sent.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of SMS.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
